Curriculum & Learning Development Assistant

to support the academic growth of students across our Bucks Tutorial Centres.

About the Role:

You'll play a key role in shaping the learning experience at our tuition centres by helping to:

Develop and refine curriculum plans

across a range of subjects (primary through GCSE)

Research best teaching practices

and curriculum content aligned with UK national standards and exam board specifications

Source or create engaging resources

and worksheets for use in small-group and 1:1 tuition

Liaise with tutors

to understand subject needs and tailor resources accordingly

Support the induction and ongoing training

of new and existing tutors, including preparing training materials Contribute to our mission of ensuring high-quality, accessible learning for all students
Ideal Candidate:

A university student, graduate, or career-changer with a background in education, teaching, or a related field Organised, proactive, and passionate about helping students succeed Familiar with the UK curriculum and/or GCSE/11+ content (or willing to learn quickly) Comfortable leading short tutor training sessions or inductions (training provided) Experience in tutoring, teaching or resource development is a plus, but not essential
Working Hours & Pay:

Minimum of

4 hours per week

(you'll work from one of our centres with some travel to others as needed)

Pay up to 15/hour
