Curriculum Manager
to lead forward our "Outstanding" Hair, Beauty, and Sports curriculum. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking FE college committed to delivering high-quality, career-focused education that meets the needs of our learners and local employers.
About the Role:
As Curriculum Manager, you will: Lead and manage the curriculum delivery teams across Hair, Beauty and Sports programmes
Ensure the highest standards of teaching, learning and assessment
Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and student success
Develop strong partnerships with industry to enhance curriculum relevance and progression opportunities
Support staff development and performance to ensure outstanding outcomes
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience of curriculum leadership within FE or a related setting
Industry knowledge and qualifications in the following areas Hair, Beauty and Sports.
A strong understanding of quality assurance, curriculum planning and funding frameworks
Inspirational leadership and people management skills
A commitment to learner success and inclusion
