Are you an inspiring academic leader with expertise in Social Sciences or Finance?

Newham College is looking for a forward-thinking Curriculum Manager - Social Sciences and Finance to lead a diverse and dynamic programme, including A-Level Business, Economics, Geography, Criminology, and T-Level Business pathways.
You'll manage a team of talented educators to ensure excellent student outcomes and experiences, with a particular focus on developing the A-level offer at our Sixth Form Centre.

Key Responsibilities:

oOversee curriculum planning, quality assurance, and performance management.
oSupport university progression and employability through enrichment and employer engagement.
oDeliver 7-12 hours of high-quality teaching per week.
oMentor Honours students and lead workshops to boost academic skills.
oChampion inclusion, learner wellbeing, and continuous improvement.

oA degree in a relevant subject and full teaching qualification.
oExperience of leading teams and delivering successful outcomes in A-level settings.
oEnthusiasm for learner progression and curriculum innovation.
