Curriculum Manager in Media \xe2\x80\x93 Creative Media Production

London\'s leading College is seeking a Curriculum Manager in Media \xe2\x80\x93 Creative Media Production

About the role:

Leading a diverse, experienced and lively department, you will be responsible for managing, teaching and tutoring on the UAL Level 1, 2 & 3 Diplomas in Arts and Creative Media Production courses with 16-19 age and some adult learners. You will be responsible for planning and delivering a dynamic and diverse media curriculum focusing on photography, video, sound, and contextual studies, that will include units linked to planning, organising, and producing a creative production project.

Other general curriculum responsibilities will include assessment, tracking student achievement and administration for the courses. As the curriculum manager you will use the media resources and support students to celebrate students\xe2\x80\x99 work, diversity, and skills development in an end of year show.

About you:

With appropriate experience and qualifications reflecting a strong and diverse background in media education and industry, you will have a teaching qualification. You will have a history of teaching within a vocational (or similar) context to a high standard, with personal/group tutoring experience and of teaching a variety of UAL units in creative media production at Level 1, 2 and 3. You must have the ability to communicate with a diverse range of students and to motivate and support them in their studies.
