Curry/Tandoor Chef - Upmarket Indian Restaurant, Bristol We're looking for a skilled Curry and Tandoor Chef to join the kitchen team at a high-end Indian restaurant in Bristol. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in fine-dining or premium Indian restaurants and be confident across all aspects of tandoor and curry preparation. Responsibilities: - Prepare and present authentic Indian dishes to restaurant standards. - Manage tandoor operations, marinades, and curry base preparations. - Maintain consistency, flavour, and presentation of all dishes. - Ensure food hygiene and safety standards (HACCP) are met at all times. - Work closely with the Head Chef to develop new menu ideas. - Support smooth service flow during busy periods. Requirements: - Minimum 3 years' experience as a Curry or Tandoor Chef in a premium Indian kitchen. - Strong knowledge of North Indian cuisine. - Attention to detail, teamwork, and ability to perform under pressure. - Must have the right to work in the UK (No sponsorship available). Location: Bristol Salary: 34,000 - 36,000 (Depending on experience)
