What You'll Be Doing:
Coaching members through our unique 30-minute strength circuit
Creating meaningful connections -- with every member, every shift
Supporting club events, member milestones, and community fun
Committing to our Coach Training Program (up to 12 weeks, including some home study)
Being the kind of coach who's always ready to go the extra mile
Details:
Hours: 12-16 per week (flexible mix of AM/PM shifts)
Pay: 11-12.21/hour depending on age & experience
Schedule:
- Mon-Fri: 8:30-1:30 or 4:00-8:00pm - Sat: 8:30-12:00 (Sundays always off)- Club & member events on occasion -- we're a real community
