Between Shaw Lane Depot and The Civic Building, Doncaster.

Description:

As the first point of contact for our tenants, your primary role will involve taking calls across sites across Doncaster, face-to-face on our Civic reception desk (on a rota basis) and supporting the wider team. Your goal is to ensure that both internal and external customers receive the best customer experience possible.



In addition to supporting the wider team, the key part of the role involves carrying some administrative duties as required. This means you will need excellent written and verbal communication skills, be proficient in using IT, including both Word and Excel, and possess excellent customer service skills.



St Leger Homes offers a service accessible by external customers between the hours of 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.



The successful applicants will work the above working patterns, which are designed to meet both the business and customer needs. However, there may be opportunity for flexibility, subject to local agreement with the line manager.



The most important thing is having the right attitude and displaying the right behaviours, including being resilient, flexible, and able to handle pressure and a high volume of calls at our busiest times.
