Duties
Manage the
customer orderbook
, including placement, tracking, and follow-up of customer purchase orders.
Procure
materials and services
from approved suppliers, including the preparation, issuance, and monitoring of purchase orders.
Evaluate and manage supplier performance to maintain high standards of quality, reliability, and delivery.
Maintain accurate
inventory records
and ensure stock levels are optimised to meet production demands.
Work proactively as part of a team to ensure
on-time delivery
of customer orders and adherence to project timelines.
Support senior supply chain staff in
coordinating cross-departmental initiatives
and continuous improvement activities.
Build and sustain
strong, cooperative relationships
with customers and suppliers, ensuring clear and professional communication.
Demonstrate strong
problem-solving skills
to address supply chain challenges effectively.
Ensure all procurement and supply chain activities comply with
company policies

Maintain all
Quality AS9100 documentation

Knowledge of AS9100 / ISO quality standards is advantageous.
Previous experience in a
