Customer Account Associate
This development role requires an individual with high levels of administrative competence. The Customer Account Associate holds an essential interfacing position, engaging with all business stakeholders (internal and external), ensuring comprehensive management of the customer account orderbooks, providing both the customers and the business comprehensive analysis in an effective and professional manner.
As this is a development role, mentorship and guidance will be provided by the responsible Director and the rest of the customer-facing team within the business. Upon recruitment Triumph will allocate a Manager, a Buddy and a Mentor from the team. Specific Requirements of the Role:
