Cargostop is an ambitious, growing family business specialising in load safety products for the transport industry. As part of our next phase of growth, we're expanding our internal sales function - and this role will play a key part in strengthening customer relationships, driving retention, and supporting the continued growth of our trusted brand.

Role Purpose
To make proactive calls and emails to our customer base with the aim of maintaining and growing accounts, addressing customer queries, and providing first class customer service.
What you'll do
Make calls to existing customers to check on the quality of service being provided with a view to maintaining business and preventing customers moving to competitors Answering a variety of customer queries in a timely manner via phone and email Maintain thorough and accurate customer records Work closely and communicate with sales team colleagues about customer preferences, issues and requirements - sharing feedback from customers which may help improve sales approaches Take orders over the phone and/or email, ensuring information is accurate in preparation for processing Manage customer expectations relating to delivery timescales and adherence to deadline for next day delivery To be able to problem solve and find solutions for customer issues, or referring them to Management when necessary Develop a strategic approach to contact with customers - with the intention of growing accounts as a result

Pay: 30,000.00-35,000.00 per year
