Job Overview

This is a full-time, on-site Customer Account Executive role at Fresh Air Supplies in Northern Ireland.

We are seeking a motivated Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to analyse market trends to drive business growth. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients while effectively managing their accounts. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or queries. Generate quotes on our online based quote software for customer projects. Lead sales initiatives by identifying potential clients and generating leads through various channels. Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer service.
A knowledge of the ventilation and construction industry would be a benefit but is not essential.
