Mission

The core mission of the Customer Account Executive is to establish, manage and grow our customer B2C sales channel. You will be responsible for owning your customer from initial contact through to sale, playing the integral role of maximising revenues from inbound leads and winning new business repeat sales activity. You\'ll be responsible for managing communications with our B2C customer base ensuring they have the best experience from start to finish, regardless of their query.

Role Overview

Daily activities will involve handling customer queries received through the Hovia website and calls (inbound and repeat customers). You will deliver the highest quality and most adaptable sales support in our industry in order to win business and build client loyalty and repeat business. Queries will vary from help ordering samples to updates on delivery - no matter what the request it, as a Customer Account Executive, you will provide a memorable experience.

A focus and dedication to continuous improvement is essential. You will learn and be involved in driving expansion in a high-growth business, working closely with your Head of department and a passionate wider team dedicated to rapid growth. Role Objectives & Outcomes/Goals

You will be tasked with achieving the following outcomes in this role:

  • No. of new B2C accounts added per month
  • No. of new B2C contacts added per month
  • No. of B2C opportunities added per month
  • No. of B2C opportunities won per month
  • No. of repeat B2C orders
  • Trustpilot Score and feedback
Role Responsibilities
  • Grow the B2C sales channel
  • Convert inbound B2C leads into sales and accounts, maximising revenues from by turning leads in to repeat business customers
  • Take ownership of your customer from first contact through to sale, offering creative and solution-focused support and assistance to help turn enquiries into sales.
  • Handle calls and email enquiries for B2C contacts
  • Deliver consistent, helpful and efficient product and project information and communication in line with \'The Milexa Way\'
  • Ensure accounts and records on customers and sales are accurately maintained and updated.
  • Provide feedback on evolving customer preferences and new product and service requirements, highlighting opportunities for improvement, and executing plans to improve.
  • Own company Trustpilot account ensuring all customer feedback is dealt with and responded to appropriately
  • On occasion, support our B2B team with ticket responses
