Customer Account Manager required by growing manufacturing company based in Berkshire. The successful Customer Account Manger will be responsible for developing and growing business relationships and for managing the process from quotation through to order.
Main Duties - Customer Account Manger

  • Preparing customer quotations.
  • Planning the production of customers' orders.
  • Providing technical support to customers.
  • Liaising between internal departments and the customer and providing updates.
  • Maintaining and developing business relationships by carrying out site visits.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following - Customer Account Manager
  • A background within a similar role ideally gained within a manufacturing or equivalent environment.
  • Electronic component recognition ability would be advantageous.
  • Highly motivated with a proactive and strategic approach.
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Outstanding attention to detail.
  • The ability to prioritise own workload and manage changing priorities.
