We're looking for a warm, engaging, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a

Customer Account Manager

. This part-time, office-based role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, understands the value of great service, and loves helping customers get the most out of what we offer.

About the Role

Based at our Newcastle under Lyme office you'll be working closely with our Sales and Account Management teams supporting our existing customers, acting as a trusted point of contact to:

Share updates and news about our services Introduce products or solutions they may not currently be subscribed to Ensure they feel supported and valued in every interaction Efficiently support existing customer account queries Help identify opportunities to improve their experience with us

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 1,040.00-1,144.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
