We are looking for a Customer Account Manager to handle customers throughout the sales process as well as promote additional services and accelerate revenue growth within our innovative company.
Building Spatial Intelligence is a family-run Poulton-le-Fylde based company established in 2002. We provide structured and intelligent datasets for strategic estates management, including 2D CAD Floor Plans, 3D BIM, and Pupil Capacity Analysis. Our data-driven solutions help Schools, Trusts, and Local Authorities optimise estate planning, admissions, and capital funding applications.
With a strong industry reputation, we are now looking for a customer-focused individual with a consultative telephone, video, and field approach. You will support with the delivery of structured written proposals and virtual demos to existing customers and support the Sales Manager in developing the expanding customer base alongside the Telesales team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer accounts throughout the sales process, liaising internally and externally to promote exceptional customer service
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including Estates and Operations Managers and Local Authorities
Deliver engaging product presentations and articulate the value of our solutions
Proactively assist the Sales Manager to build an efficient sales cycle via the promotion of additional services to the existing customer base
Write structured, well-crafted, grammatically correct proposals and quotations tailored to client needs
Maintain accurate records in the company's CRM and provide insightful reporting
Work alongside the Marketing Team to develop lead-generation campaigns and drive engagement
Attend exhibitions and networking events, representing the company and building industry relationships (some overnight stays required)
What We Are Looking For
Recent and proven customer account management or sales experience, preferably in a consultative, B2B environment
Experience of creating and delivering structured proposals
Ability to present complex data and technical information in a digestible way
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail
High level of organisational and coordination skills
Experience in consultative and strategic selling
Full training is provided on current sales tools and methodologies.
