Role Overview



The

Customer Account Manager

(for Exhibitions, Trade shows, SaaS), is responsible for the overall health and commercial relations within the portfolio of Accounts. You'll own the end-to-end relationship driving cross functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Product and Technical Account Management (TAM) teams. Primary focus will be contract renewals, proactively driving expansion and upsell scenarios to maximise contract value, while focusing on delivering client outcomes. This will be majorly influenced by ensuring the right customer journey from onboarding, to training, adoption and alignment with customer teams, as well as providing feedback to Product.

Responsibilities



Timely engagement to ensure renewal dates are met and solution scope is aligned with client objectives. Identify upsell, cross-sell and expansion opportunities and engage stakeholders to extend platform reach across the client organisation. Identify product gaps and be the client advocate with ExpoPlatform for product development/enhancement where there is broad application to drive collective customer outcomes. Accurately forecast revenue via Pipedrive CRM to senior leadership and execute deals on time in partnership with the client. Proactively engage with key client stakeholders to understand and implement the right strategies for mutual benefit. Act as the primary point of contact for all client communications Build trust through capability and constructive dialogue to deliver client success.

Role Requirements



3-5+ years in a commercially oriented renewal-focused role. Experience in events/exhibitions as well as SaaS sales cycles. Proven track record of growth client revenue through proactive engagement Fluent in English with additional languages a plus. Ability to travel to client offices and/or events as required. Pay: 45,000.00-50,000.00 per year
