We are looking to recruit a full time Customer Accounts Administrator to join our small close knit office team based in Dolton Winkleigh. The successful candidate will assist with various accounting tasks including strong customer relationships, reconciling accounts and processing orders. The candidate will also be required to undertake administrative duties such as maintaining records, filing, answering and directing phone calls.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Taking incoming calls and customer service inquiries, maintaining a high standard
Processing orders
Generating sales and new customers
Working on Xero accounts
Chase/manage customer accounts via phone & email (credit control).
Ensure invoices are paid within agreed terms.
Process reminder letters and monthly statements.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Reporting
Provide copies of invoices and statements on request from Customers
Reconcile customer accounts and allocate cash where applicable
Updating customer records (ensuring data accuracy)
Other tasks may be required as directed by line manager.
Person Specification
Good organisational and communication skills.
Keen eye for detail and the ability the work within deadlines
Strong IT skills and be able to use Excel
Able to manage changing priorities in a fast moving environment.
Work well within a team, as well as independently
Excellent communication skills - Both written and verbal
Maintain a high level of confidentiality - Ensure discretion when handling sensitive information and following GDPR and security procedures.
Experience with using Xero accounting systems (Desirable)
Good knowledge of Agricultural products (Desirable)
Qualifications
5 GSCE's (C and above) or equivalent qualification
Level 2 AAT accounts qualification or working towards qualification
