The Role...



As a Customer Acquisition Executive, you will play a key role in driving new customer growth across Hearst UK's expanding portfolio of subscriptions, memberships, and branded products. Sitting within the Customer team and reporting to the Customer Acquisition Manager, you'll work closely with colleagues in Marketing & Planning, Value, and Campaign Delivery teams. Together, you'll help shape, brief, proof, and launch compelling acquisition campaigns across a variety of channels - bringing our titles to more customers than ever before.


Main Duties...



Brief internal teams to deliver marketing campaigns across a range of channels, including email marketing, newsletters, telemarketing, direct mail, inserts, print ads, and events. Support the Customer Marketing Manager in executing subscription marketing plans and achieving customer growth targets. Help develop and deliver brand-aligned campaigns, ensuring strong creative and copy that maintain consistency across the full customer journey. Monitor and audit live campaigns across all channels, providing feedback and insights to improve future performance. Contribute to campaign reporting and analysis, offering ideas for testing and optimising customer engagement. Quality-check campaign updates, ensuring pages and links are accurate and live at the right time. Research competitor activity and marketing trends, sharing insights to inform team strategy and innovation.
