Who you are:

As the Customer Receptionist you will have the following Qualifications and Experience:
GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths (preferred).
Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in an automotive or accident repair environment.
Basic IT skills, including familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Main Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist with their inquiries and service needs.
Schedule repair appointments and manage the appointment calendar.
Provide customers with information on repair services, timelines, and costs.
Coordinate with repair technicians to ensure timely and accurate service.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Handle customer complaints or concerns, escalating to the manager when necessary.
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
Process payments and handle billing inquiries.
Communicate with insurance companies to facilitate claim processing.

Pay: 26,000.00-27,000.00 per year
