What We Offer



Base Salary

: starting at 25,000 per year, reviewed annually in June.

Quarterly Bonus

: Earn 500-2,000 based on team performance vs target.

Your Role




As a Customer Advisor, you'll be the voice of our luxury brands -

Chase Erwin

and

thesign

- providing expert support across our product ranges. Your responsibilities will include:

Communicating with clients via email, phone, and web channels. Sharing your knowledge of luxury textiles, design, and interiors. Guiding customers through orders, product selection, sampling, and after-sales support. Resolving delivery queries and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Collaborating with Customer Excellence, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Warehouse teams. Accurately processing orders using our bespoke system. Sharing customer insights with Sales Partners to drive improvements. Supporting teammates during absences and holidays to broaden your experience.

Who We're Looking For



Experience in a customer service or advisory role. Proven ability to handle queries and resolve issues effectively. Open-minded, eager to learn, and a strong team player. Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional attention to detail and flawless written English. Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems. Comfortable working in a diverse and inclusive team.
