We are looking for a friendly, organised, and efficient Customer Advisor to join our busy car garage team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for customers, responsible for booking vehicles in for repairs, providing regular updates for customers, and managing invoicing and payments.
Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
Enter New customer details onto computer systems
Prepare job packs, ready for customer arrival
Carry out customer progress telephone updates
Organise collection and deliveries of customers vehicles
Carry out customer bookings
Carry out basic reporting to work providers and management
Liaise with workshop for customer repair updates
Generate invoices for payment
Support other administrative functions as needed, including typing correspondence and clerical duties
Requirements
Previous experience in a customer-facing or administrative role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Good computer skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks
A proactive and team oriented attitude
