About the Role:

As a Customer Advisor, you'll be at the heart of the action -- supporting clients throughout their property journey, both in the office and out on the road. No two days are the same, and you'll play a key role in providing top-notch service with a smile.

Key Responsibilities:



Meeting clients at properties for viewings, inspections, and check-ins Delivering excellent customer service in person, by phone, and online Coordinating appointments and managing property schedules Supporting the wider team with admin and customer care Acting as the friendly face of the company at every step
Driving is essential - a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is required.

What We're Looking For:



Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality Strong communication and organisational skills Confident using phones, emails, and basic software systems A team player who's also happy working independently Interest in the property industry (experience is a bonus but not essential)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 23,500.00-27,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
