The Opportunity

Due to continued growth, my client -- a leading, well-established Estate Agency in North Leeds -- is expanding their team and seeking a Property Manager to join their dynamic, supportive environment.
This is a fantastic chance to build a long-term career in property, with full training provided and plenty of opportunity to progress.

What You'll Be Doing

Building lasting relationships with landlords and tenants through regular communication and exceptional service Managing property repairs and maintenance, coordinating contractors, and keeping everyone informed every step of the way Conducting property inspections and ensuring compliance with safety standards and legislation Organising safety certificates, renewals, inventories, and ensuring records are accurate and up to date Providing guidance and advice to landlords on tenancy matters, renewals, and rent reviews Spotting opportunities to promote additional services such as Rent Guarantee or Landlord Insurance Supporting the wider team by providing sales leads and assisting with customer enquiries

What We're Looking For

Strong administration and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships and problem-solving Ability to manage a busy workload and think proactively IT savvy - comfortable using Outlook, Word, and Excel Smart, professional, and positive in attitude and presentation Full UK driving licence essential
