We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Client Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, managing inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience throughout their journey with us. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to analyse client requirements effectively.
Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries via phone and email.
Conduct data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date client records.
Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish (or other languages) to assist a diverse clientele.
Analyse client needs and offer tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
Upsell products or services where appropriate to maximise client satisfaction and engagement.
Maintain professionalism in all interactions, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Experience
Previous experience in a customer service or advisory role is preferred.
Proficiency in data entry with a keen eye for detail.
Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable, particularly in Spanish.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate findings clearly.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are an asset.
A proactive approach to upselling and enhancing client relationships is beneficial.
