Customer Advisor to join our property rentals team in London. This role involves daily communication with landlords and tenants (often via WeChat), handling customer enquiries, and supporting tenancy processes.
Customer service experience is an advantage but not essential - full training will be provided. If you are a strong communicator, stay calm under pressure, and want to grow your career in the property industry, we'd be delighted to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with clients via WeChat, phone, email, and in person
Respond promptly to enquiries and follow up on client requests
Support landlord onboarding and tenant move-in/move-out processes
Assist with compliance checks and tenancy documentation
Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems
Requirements
Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written)
Good Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Calm and professional when handling complex issues
Ability to work well under pressure and multitask
Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
No prior real estate experience required - graduates welcome
