We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Client Advisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and restaurant services, demonstrating exceptional guest service skills. As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for providing an outstanding experience for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.

Responsibilities



Deliver exceptional guest services, ensuring all client interactions are positive and memorable. Take phone orders for customer food and deal with complaints effectively Understand our extensive menu and write clear orders for our kitchen staff Take payments using PDQ machines and collect cash responsibly Assist clients with menu selections, providing detailed information about food preparation and ingredients. Utilise upselling techniques to enhance the client experience and increase sales opportunities. Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with health regulations. Prepare food items as required, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards. Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and efficient service delivery. Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise promptly and professionally.

Requirements



Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is essential. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques is preferred. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing orders accurately. Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated. Strong communication skills with a focus on guest services and satisfaction. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.50-14.50 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
