Loan car handovers - checking fuel & cleanliness - adding to washboard & refuel
VHC follow up
Owning customer waiting areas upstairs & downstairs - hosting
Provide an easy and enjoyable client (customer) experience (internal and external), each and every time.
Champion and maintain a culture of client service excellence; ensuring that the expectations and requirements of the department's clients are delivered upon.
Ensure business practices are in place that make your area an "easy one to do business with".
Liaise with all internal and external clients and candidates in a timely and professional manner.
Coordinate effectively as part of the Front of House Team and wider business network
Recognise your role in integrating effectively with the departments within you centre and wider business network
Ensure you respect direction and guidance provided through your reporting line.
Effectively nurture relationships with your team.
