Customer Advisor - Storage

Hours of work:

Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm and Saturdays on (rota basis)

Salary:

26,000/annum

The Role & Responsibilities:

This role involves some lone working and weekend work, on a rota basis. (flexibility required to cover holidays/sickness)

What You'll Do:

Respond to telephone inquiries quickly and effectively

Provide detailed advice to customers on pricing and services, both over the phone and face-

to-face

Give tours of our facility to potential customers

Upsell storage solutions and products, including cold calling prospects

Prepare customer contracts

Reconcile accounts

Keep customer databases up to date

General housekeeping to maintain a tidy and welcoming environment

Who We're Looking For:

A customer-focused individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A sales enthusiast with great numeracy skills and a passion for helping customers

Someone flexible and adaptable to changing situations

Proficient in IT, with a solid educational background including Maths and English

Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus!
