Customer Aftercare Manager
, you'll take ownership of what happens after the sale. Your mission? Ensure every customer feels heard, supported, and satisfied after they receive their smile kit.
You'll follow up with customers by phone, resolve minor concerns before they escalate, and gather reviews and user content that boost our trust online. You'll also help us track what customers are saying--giving us the insights we need to improve fast.
This is a
non-customer-facing
role (no in-person contact), but it requires
outstanding phone etiquette
, emotional intelligence, and consistency. You'll work on-site at our BioCity Lab in Motherwell.
What You'll Be Doing
Make structured follow-up calls to recent customers
Help resolve small product or delivery concerns with care
Prompting customers for reviews
Collect video/photo feedback for marketing
Log feedback into a tracker and report weekly trends
Hit defined weekly performance targets
What We're Looking For
2+ years in customer service or complaint handling
Confident, warm, and clear over the phone
High emotional intelligence and calm under pressure
Organised and comfortable with simple data entry
Available to work on-site at BioCity Lab, Motherwell
