Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Customer and Planning Manager to oversee and optimise our production operations. You will be required to manage Camerons brewing and packaging customers, be the first point of contact for all customer communications, and new enquiries, lead customer projects, and manage the planning of volume and capacity for the brewery, converting customer forecasts into long, medium and weekly plans.

As a key part of the brewery senior management team, you will strive to put customers at the heart of everything we do, to provide success for our Customers and Camerons

Responsibilities

Ensure that customer focus is a priority and customers are updated on a regular basis Implement and conduct routine customer reviews both on and off site Implement, automate and simplify customer reporting - plans, routine reports including performance and quality Manage a planning assistant to produce weekly, monthly and 13 week plan Manage all customer projects, including new products, formats. Liaise with the Camerons commercial Manager to look for added value for both the customer and Camerons Using lean techniques, and voice of the customer exercises, look for ways to improve costs, customer service and added value to both Camerons and their customers Progress all new customer enquiries, liaise with the team to look at capability, capacity
Deputise for the Brewery Operations Director as required

Qualifications

Degree in business/science or equivalent Several years' experience in supply chain environment Experience in Customer/supplier management Experience in managing planning/forecasting Experience of improvement projects and capital projects
Position Specific Business Skills:

IT Skills - Excel, Word, Planning Systems, and other value added IT tools to progress the business

Understanding financial & budgetary processes

Thorough understanding of supply chain/manufacturing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 40,000.00-55,000.00 per year
