Your job will be to talk with our customers and to help them fall in love with us. The Perfect Candidate Will Tick the Boxes Below: o You will be a proper people person with great empathy... (this is the most important bit!) o Hospitality is something you enjoy and take pride in. o You'll have a minimum of 1 year experience, working in customer service, retail, leisure or hospitality. o You'll have a track record of helping people - and be able to prove it. o You'll have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. o You'll be confident on the phone. o You'll enjoy engaging with people, both young and old. o You'll need to be an energetic individual who thrives in a playful and fast-paced setting. o You'll need to be able to multi-task in a high-energy environment. o You'll be reliable, hard-working and all the usual stuff... o You'll be (almost) as fun as the rest of us. o You'll actually enjoy cleaning and love to get stuck in. o You'll want to care about your job and the impact it has. o PLUS: you WON'T be a complete technophobe(!) o If you know anything about a system called KOBAS, that would be great. This role is based at our venue in Westhoughton, Bolton. Key Responsibilities: o Guest Interaction: Warmly greet guests with a smile, answer questions, and ensure a welcoming environment. o Sales Revenue: Help the Business to achieve its targets. o Event Assistance: Support the coordination and execution of parties and events, ensuring they run smoothly and align with funhouse standards. o Facility Maintenance: Oversee the cleanliness and organisation of the play areas, party rooms, and common spaces. o Safety Oversight: Monitor activities to ensure the safety of all guests, enforcing rules and regulations. o Administrative Support: Assist with bookings, payments, and other administrative tasks as needed.
