We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their inquiries, ensuring a positive experience while promoting our products and services.

Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their needs in a friendly manner. Handle customer inquiries via phone and in-person, ensuring effective communication at all times. Maintain an organised workspace and manage time effectively to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.

Skills

Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively in a busy environment. Excellent organisational abilities to maintain an orderly workspace and manage customer information efficiently. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly to customers. This is a very varied role, checkouts, working delivery, cleaning, checking dates.

Hours aren't set and depend on sales so can be 6am starts or 10pm finish and anything in between.

Rota's are posted out a week before.
