We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to engage with customers effectively, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries, ensuring a friendly atmosphere.
Provide information about products , demonstrating excellent communication skills.
Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and sales.
Maintain an organised and visually appealing merchandising display to attract customers.
Handle customer transactions accurately.
Manage time efficiently to balance customer service duties with operational tasks.
Demonstrate phone etiquette when responding to customer calls or queries.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience for all customers.
Experience
Previous experience in a customer service role is advantageous but not essential.
Strong organisational skills to manage tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proven communication skills, both verbal and written.
Familiarity with merchandising is a plus.

Full-time | 9am-5pm | 5 days a week (alternate weekends)
