Duties

Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, utilising basic maths skills.
Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
Maintain an organised workspace and ensure that stock levels are monitored and replenished as necessary.
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries via telephone.
Manage time effectively to ensure all customer requests are addressed promptly.
Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store objectives and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Previous experience in a customer service or retail environment is preferred but not essential.
Ability to sell products confidently and effectively through upselling techniques.
Excellent organisational skills to manage tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
Good time management abilities to prioritise tasks effectively throughout the day.
Basic maths skills for handling transactions and cash management.
