About the Role

As a Customer Assistant, you'll support customer projects, sales activity, and internal operations to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience. You'll work alongside experienced team members while learning how customer support, sales coordination, and project workflows operate in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with customer-related projects and ongoing support Communicate clearly and professionally with customers Support sales activity and customer retention initiatives Track customer progress, updates, and outcomes Maintain accurate records and reports Work collaboratively with internal teams Ensure customer needs are handled efficiently and effectively Represent the company professionally in all communications
