We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused

Retail Customer Service Assistant

to join our team at

Shell Service Station, Newcastle Airport

. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and are committed to delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and assist customers, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience. Operate the till, handle transactions efficiently, and manage cash and card payments. Maintain store cleanliness, stock shelves, and ensure product displays are well-organized. Provide product information and recommendations to customers. Adhere to company policies, including health & safety and operational procedures.

Key Requirements:



Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work

flexible shifts, including Day and Night shifts*, as well as evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
A proactive and team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic.

Pay: From 12.21 per hour
