Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
Operate the till, handle transactions efficiently, and manage cash and card payments.
Maintain store cleanliness, stock shelves, and ensure product displays are well-organized.
Provide product information and recommendations to customers.
Adhere to company policies, including health & safety and operational procedures.
Key Requirements:
Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including Day and Night shifts*, as well as evenings, weekends, and public holidays. A proactive and team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic.
