The Role

As a Customer Assistant, you'll be the face of our business -- greeting customers, answering questions, helping them find what they need, and providing a smooth, positive experience from start to finish. Whether on the shop floor, at the till, or assisting with stock and displays, your contribution will keep things running seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and approachable manner Provide product information and recommendations Operate tills and handle payments accurately Maintain clean, tidy, and well-stocked shelves and displays Support stock management and deliveries Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly Work as part of a team to achieve store targets and maintain standards

What We're Looking For

Friendly and professional communication skills Positive attitude and willingness to help Ability to multitask in a busy environment Basic numeracy and IT skills Previous retail, customer service, or hospitality experience is an advantage Reliable, punctual, and flexible with working hours Ready to start immediately and commit full-time
