What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Support Assistant / Trainee Sales, you'll be at the heart of the customer journey - delivering an exceptional experience from the moment they arrive, right through to handing over to the sales team. It's more than just a support role - it's your gateway to a career in automotive sales.

?Welcome and engage customers professionally and warmly.

?Assist visitors in navigating the site and finding their vehicle(s) of interest.

?Handle front desk duties and respond to customer enquiries.

?Arrange and coordinate test drives.

?Support the sales process, including part exchange admin and customer follow-ups.

?Represent the business with high standards in personal appearance, punctuality, and attitude.

What We're Looking For

?We're looking for a people-person with a can-do attitude and a passion for helping others. You'll bring:

?Face-to-face customer service experience

?Strong communication and listening skills

?A full UK driving licence

?Confidence using IT systems

?Friendly, approachable, and well-presented demeanour

?Motivation, resilience, and the ability to adapt quickly

? (Desirable) NVQ or equivalent in customer service

? (Desirable) Experience in retail, hospitality, or showroom environments
