Customer Assistant with Barista Duties

Various hours available Monday-Sunday during opening hours 6.45am-7.00pm

Shifts are typically 6.45am-1pm or 1pm-7pm

10-30 hours per week

Since 1994, CHAT Coffee House & Newsagents has been an independent retailer in the Belfast City Hospital. We work closely with local suppliers to provide top quality coffee, delicious bakery and food-to-go for our NHS workers, patients and visitors.

What is the Role?

You will be delivering excellent customer service to our fantastic loyal & new customers You will be making barista style coffees which we will provide full training & support You will display & replenish all our delicious bakery products throughout the day You will be restocking products such as confectionery, crisps, soft drinks and grocery throughout the day You will be trained in Lottery & Scratch Card transactions You will be in a customer facing role handling cash & card transactions You will be part of a small team working together to maintain a hygienically clean & well presented environment

Essential Requirements:

Over 18 years old 1 years' retail or hospitality experience
