This role Reports into our Route to Market Channel Controller and will Lead and fully own the profitable development of PepsiCo UK businesses (Walkers Snacks, Pipers & Quaker) in partnership with a top 3 route to market customer. .
Responsibilities:
Deliver sustainable growth across all BU's in the AFH channel through developing our strategic food service route to market (RTM) customer
Lead, develop and coach a team of 3 indirect reports, setting clear direction to achieve the AOP/JBP targets
Execute the Route to Market strategy and PepsiCo Away from Home calendar
Lead the build and execution of a clear strategic agenda, incorporating Multi Year JBPs with the aim of growing our core business and expanding our brand footprint whilst driving sustainable category growth
Step change the wiring & development of our strategic partnerships with this customer through World Class Customer Engagement
Own and develop deep customer wiring plans including the regional engagement strategy across our customer and their subsidiaries through 2x PepsiCo Business Development Managers
Develop and deliver execution for marketing programmes, NPD and base initiatives, in line with internal and external expectations
Lead and own the Contracted & Multi-Site-Operator tender renewals
Responsible for Top-to-Top (T2T), Quarterly Business Reviews, Buyer & X-Functional interactions
Manage the quickly evolving landscape and requirements of digital to drive future relevance and growth of Snacking categories
Partner with Category and Perfect Store teams to develop and deliver Perfect outlet plans
Manage and develop cross-functional and Away from Home sub-channel relationships both internally and externally
Support the development of the right pack price architecture (PPA) and terms structure in collaboration with the Route to Market Controller and Revenue Management
Collaborate with AFH Finance Business Partner to build clear revenue models with defined metrics
Represent our customer and Away from Home channel at key internal forums
Feed into the "Route to Market Scorecard" and own tracking and course correction for your customer
Work with sector and global teams to leverage scale at a global level to open up local opportunities
Lead the strategy to win new business in partnership with our customer and New Business team
Qualifications:
Success in a Commercial role, strong financial awareness
Strong drive for results with a desire to succeed in an entrepreneurial culture
Cross-functional experience in order to leverage internal partnerships
Experience managing change: understands the measures required to drive sales performance of an organisation
Excellent communication skills - engage and influence multiple stakeholders to build strong working relationships
Influencing and negotiation skills: ability to drive agenda within both customer and PepsiCo environment
Working with customers to identify needs and deliver winning solutions
Autonomous leadership of customer management & engagement
Well-developed analytical skills, combined with strong IT skills, including proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledge of SAP and Circana/Sales Out would be desirable but not essential
Knowledge of Tableau & Power BI would be desirable but not essential
