We are looking for experienced Call Centre Agents to work on a Fixed Term Contract basis in our Contact Centre in Gunwharf. We have part time (3 days a week) and full time roles available.
What you'll be doing
Dealing with bookings and queries over the telephone
Answering general enquires
Completing administration records connected to incoming calls
Responding, monitoring and reporting of Social Media and Email communications
Liaising and reporting to the Journey Coordinator with regards to questions and/or issues
What we're looking for
Excellent Customer Service skills ideally with experience of working in a call centre environment
Confident communicator, speaking to customers in a friendly, courteous, and helpful manner
Adept at being patient, acting calm and professional under pressure
