Customer Care Administrator

to join our growing team and support the smooth running of our Customer Care department.

The Role

Working alongside our new Customer Experience Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering warm, professional, and accurate support to customers every day. This is a

hands-on, office-based role

where customer care comes first, but you'll also play a key part in the admin hub of the business, helping to keep our systems, records, and processes running smoothly.

What You'll Do

? Handle customer enquiries by phone and email with care, professionalism, and accuracy
? Process orders and customer requests in our systems
? Support the Customer Experience Manager with reporting, reviews, and admin tasks
? Keep customer records accurate and up to date
? Work with Dispatch and Production to ensure orders flow smoothly
? Help maintain LUNA & me's high service standards - protecting the brand promise

About You

You'll thrive in this role if you:

Have

proven customer care / customer service experience in an office environment

(essential) Are confident with phones, email, and digital systems (Microsoft Office, CRMs, order management) Communicate clearly and professionally in writing and in person Are organised, accurate, and able to manage multiple priorities calmly Care deeply about customer happiness and brand standards Are happy working full-time in our Beaminster office, Monday-Friday
