Customer Care Administrator
Established in 1987 James Paterson and Sons are a professional contractor providing all aspects of plumbing and heating services across Scotland. We pride ourselves on the quality of work we produce and customer satisfaction which is paramount to us. We are looking for a Customer Care Administrator to support our customers with a fast, accurate and friendly service. You will be handling incoming queries from House Builders and clients, resolve issues and make sure every customer has a positive experience.
