MJL is growing its team in its Exeter office, and as such are looking for a new Customer Care Administrator to join.

As a Customer Care Administrator,

your duties will include:



Liaise with site teams, contract managers, commercial department and clients

Be the point of contact between the client and the wider teams

Assisting the buying team - reporting, profit and loss

Assist the health & safety team, with induction paperwork and anything else required

Assist with the procurement and distribution of PPE

Ad hoc office tasks

Experience:



Excellent organisational skills

Professional phone manner, and polite attitude

Friendly manner when talking with and to clients

Enthusiastic and passionate

Knowledge of the industry is preferred but not essential

Previous experience in a similar role preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 26,000.00 per year
