About the Role
As our Customer Care Administrator, you will be the friendly first point of contact for carers and professionals reaching out to us. Whether it's answering calls, responding to emails, or supporting internal teams, you will play a vital role in ensuring every interaction is warm, efficient, and helpful.
You will also support the Office and Customer Service Manager with key administrative tasks, from onboarding new starters to managing equipment and coordinating internal meetings. If you love variety, people, and making a difference, this could be the role for you.
What You Will Be Doing
Welcoming and supporting callers and visitors with care and professionalism.
Handling enquiries and directing them to the right teams across Cambridgeshire, Peterborough, and Norfolk.
Supporting carer bursary schemes and processing applications.
Managing day-to-day admin: referrals, post, payments, bookings, equipment, and more.
Assisting with staff onboarding and offboarding.
Providing secretarial support for internal meetings.
Contributing to events, projects, and service improvements.
Being a go-to person for colleagues needing help with systems or resources.
What We Are Looking For
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Confident using Microsoft Office and keen to learn new systems.
Organised, proactive, and able to juggle multiple tasks.
A team player with a positive, solution-focused attitude.
Comfortable working in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Experience working with carers or volunteers is a bonus, but not essential - we value your attitude and willingness to learn.
