Customer Care Advisor - Customer Retention Program

The role will be supporting the after care part of the consumer journey playnig value support to customers who are aspiring to permanently transition away from harmful tobacco.
What will the Customer Care Advisor be doing?
Maintaining existing relationships with valued customers, skilfully tackle telephone enquiries, ensuring a supportive and memorable experience.
Represent our esteemed vape brand, embodying our values and showcasing our innovative vape product.
Provide product-specific advice for existing customers, highlighting the unique features and flavour profiles that make our vape product stand out.
Engage in meaningful conversations, providing accurate information about our new promotions and subscription services.
Accurately capture data to ensure recording of each customer's progress during their 21-day journey.
Requirements as a Customer Care Advisor:
A genuine passion for consumer development and creating memorable experiences.
Excellent communication skills to engage with smokers and vapers of all backgrounds.
Confident and active listening skills, ensuring each customer receives tailored advice.
Proven experience in the promotional, customer service, or sales sector.
High levels of accuracy and attention to detail, especially when recording customer information.
Helpdesk and reception experience (desirable).
CRM experience/ Salesforce experience / Monday.com desirable).
