Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM (45-minute lunch)

Salary:

26,000 per year (currently 24,000 - due to increase April 1st)

Due to our continued growth, we're looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our dynamic team!

Your Role

?

As a

Customer Service Advisor

, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing

outstanding support

and ensuring they receive the information they need.

?

Handle inbound customer enquiries

- ETA updates, product details & general support via phone and email
?

Make outbound calls

- following up with existing customers, product updates on orders, and chasing queries on orders/quotes
?

Engage with trade customers & end users

- providing top-tier service and product advice
?

Manage customer emails professionally

using Outlook
?

Use our CRM system

to log communications and track customer interactions
?

Collaborate with Sales Reps

to log and pass on valuable leads
?

General admin duties

- filing, logging post & maintaining accurate records
