Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, you will deliver excellent service to internal and external customers, providing professional support and ensuring complete customer satisfaction with a view to improve our Net Promotor Score and meet our Customer Commitments.
Resolve problems including but not limited to delivery queries, damages, returns and incorrect orders, whilst always maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers
Determine the root cause of issues and implement a solution that is best for the customer
Communicate with customers mainly by telephone but also by email and webchat
Efficient case management, actioning outstanding queries and e-mails in a timely manner, while ensuring that the customer is always kept informed. Keep accurate records of all customer interactions in the case notes
Deal directly with suppliers and carriers to ensure problems are rectified swiftly with little impact to the customer
Order processing when required to assist the Sales Support team
Any ad hoc duties as required
What we're looking for
Customer service experience, ideally in a high-volume call centre environment
Excellent telephone manner and written communication skills
Ability to work at pace under pressure with an ever-changing workload
Exceptional multi-tasker
Computer literate with experience of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
Good team player
Attention to detail, accuracy and flexibility to provide professional customer service
Take initiative and ownership of customer problems
Knowledge of AX2012 would be advantageous
Working Hours
Monday - Thursday: 8.30am to 5pm
Friday: 8.30am to 4pm
