The Role
We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our
Customer Care Team
. This role plays a vital part in supporting our customers and installers with technical queries, order progress, and installation coordination. The ideal candidate will bring experience in
technical administration and operational support
, along with a strong ability to provide high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a first point of contact for customer queries via phone, email, and live chat.
Provide accurate technical information related to our EV chargers, product compatibility, and installation processes.
Coordinate order progress, booking installations, and handling follow-ups.
Liaise with the operations and technical teams to resolve issues and escalate where necessary.
Manage and update CRM and ticketing systems with accurate, timely information.
Support virtual surveys and assist with pre-installation technical assessments.
Monitor and track customer satisfaction, contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
Assist in creating and maintaining customer support documentation.
Experience & Skills
Previous experience in a customer support, sales, operations, or technical admin role.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a calm and professional manner.
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Shopify, Salesforce) and ticketing platforms.
Ability to understand and communicate basic technical information (training provided).
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
Experience within a technology, energy, or EV-related company is a bonus.
