Financials
Starting Salary - 12.21 per hour
Annual Bonus - approx. 2000 - 2500 (pro-rata'd accordingly if part time)
5.5% Pension Contribution
Working Hours
Full Time - 37.5hrs per week, Mon-Fri.
Part Time - a minimum of 18 hours spread across a minimum of 3 days
Compressed working arrangement offered with full-time, improving work-life balance and giving you an additional 20 long weekends a year

The Role
Provide excellent care & communication to customers contacting Auger
Handle incoming calls and emails promptly, answering simple queries related to our services
Actively listen to the customer's needs, and transfer them to a more appropriate team if further assistance is needed
Maintain clear records of incoming correspondence on our claim files
What skills are we looking for?
Excellent verbal and written communication, enabling you to convey information clearly and professionally
A capable multi-tasker, who can handle inbound phone calls, take notes and complete follow up actions, without compromising on quality
A passion for customer care and an empathetic approach
Strong teamwork attributes and a desire to help colleagues
Ability to adapt your approach to suit different customer circumstances, and think quickly to resolve their problems calmly
